I really never thought about this but it’s so true. Everything is a double-standard with girls. When it comes to emotions girls are looked at in a negative light as whiny and annoying while guys are looked at brave with good hearts. Just because you’re masculine doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have a heart, and just because you’re feminine doesn’t mean you should be mushy-gushy. We’re all people with emotions and regardless of gender or what anyone tells you, eventually everyone gets tired of being alone.
